Information we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the contact details and homebuying information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, military status, the state where you are looking to buy, and your timeline. We do not ask for Social Security numbers or sensitive financial account details through this website.

How we use it

Information you submit is used to respond to your request and to discuss VA home loan options with you. We may contact you by phone, text message, or email using the information you provide.

Advertising, Google tag, and conversion measurement

We advertise this site with Google Ads. Every page loads the Google tag (gtag.js), a small piece of code provided by Google that lets Google Ads measure how our ads perform.

What it measures. The Google tag records page visits and whether a visitor who came from one of our ads later submits an inquiry form (a "conversion"). When a form is successfully submitted, the site tells Google Ads that a conversion happened. Your name, email, phone number, military status, and message are not sent to Google as part of this measurement.

Cookies and identifiers. Google may set or read advertising cookies and similar identifiers in your browser, and may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view. Google uses this information under its own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy (see also how Google uses information for ads).

Ad click and campaign details. When you arrive from an ad, the web address may include a Google click ID (GCLID) and campaign tags (such as utm_source or utm_campaign). If you submit an inquiry, we save these details with it so we know which ad or campaign brought you to us. They are kept only for your visit until you submit, and are not used to identify you to other companies.

Your choices. You can turn off personalized ads at Google's Ad Settings, block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use your browser's private mode. Blocking cookies will not stop you from submitting an inquiry.
