What is a VA IRRRL?

An Interest Rate Reduction Refinance Loan (IRRRL) lets you refinance an existing VA-backed loan into a new VA-backed loan. It may help lower your rate or move from an adjustable to a fixed rate. Costs and a funding fee may apply, so compare total costs against expected savings.

Who it's for

Costs

Compare the full picture
